depression and how to deal wid it

evry body has depressing moments in life
but if u cling to it
it stays wid u

if u fail in your exams
and u feel hopeless

if your loved one has died
if your lover left u for another

if you have been divorced
and he has ran off wid a younger wooman

all these events bring on depression
the ting to do is to have a good cry, if u must

and move on

if u wallow in your tears
depression may become acute

also called clinical depression
when u reach dis state u want to end your life

then only electric shocks to the brain can save u
i been there

after u have had your cry
